Pricing
Clear pricing. No surprises.
£15 is held when you rent. You pay only for the time you use — the rest is returned automatically the moment you dock the power bank.
Held at rental
When you scan to rent, £15 is held from your card. When you return the power bank to any Loop station, the rental fee is deducted and the remainder is released back to your card automatically. You never pay more than you used.
Rental rate
Charges stop the moment you dock the power bank. You are never billed for time after you return it.
What is included
- USB-C and Lightning connectors in every power bank.
- Return to any Loop station — up to 72 hours.
- Support daily from 06:00–23:00 if a station is full or a dock is offline.
- A receipt is sent by email after every rental.
After 72 hours
The maximum rental period is 72 hours. After that, the £15 held amount is retained and the power bank is considered purchased — no refund is issued, even if it is returned late.
If you need help returning before the 72-hour window closes, contact support@looppower.co.uk and we will assist.
